Godrej Properties is planning to acquire several land parcels with an estimated revenue potential of around ₹30,000 crore in the current financial year, driven by strong residential demand, according to a senior company official.

Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairperson of Godrej Properties, told PTI that the pace of new land acquisitions remained strong in the first half of the financial year, and the outlook for the second half also appears robust.
The real estate company recently announced that it has already surpassed its business development target of ₹20,000 crore.
Pirojsha said, “Targets are set cautiously, considering the ongoing momentum in the land market, but in this financial year, we estimate closing land deals with at least ₹30,000 crore in gross revenue potential.”
The Godrej Samruddhi Mahamarg Nagpur company recently purchased a 75-acre land parcel in Nagpur, where it plans to develop a project worth around ₹755 crore. Earlier this month, it also announced the acquisition of 30 acres of land in South Bengaluru to launch a township project valued at ₹3,500 crore.

Pirojsha further shared that the company’s sales bookings rose 13 percent year-on-year to ₹15,587 crore in the first half of the financial year. He also expressed confidence in achieving the annual target of ₹32,500 crore for the entire fiscal year.
The company is involved in developing residential projects across several cities, including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai MMR, Pune, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
